Sharma’s method is simple, but requires you to be disciplined. If you’re up to the challenge, you’ll see how much value and enrichment this routine can add to your life. This is the routine, that Sharma accredits Billionaires to Use:

5:00 – 5:20am: Move

Get your blood pumping in any way you can, so long as the exercise is vigorous. As Sharma puts it “The way you feel when you first wake up is not the way you’re going to feel at 5:20.”

  • Meditating

6:00 - 8:00am: Connect

The hours of 6 am to 8 am are carved out for you, for family connection and for your personal pursuits. By default, this time slot will look different for everyone, although here are the general guidelines:

  • No social media
  • No news
  • No message checking
